Fit by me is a versatile fitness app designed for individuals of all fitness levels, offering personalized home and gym workouts. With a library of over 800 exercises, users can create customized workout routines by grouping exercises into "blocks" and determining the number of repetitions for each "block." The app allows for the creation of multiple unique workout combinations.
Users can easily search for exercises using filters based on equipment availability, difficulty level, targeted body areas, impact level, and personal limitations or injuries. Fit by me also provides ready-made workout options, including quick 10-minute and 20-minute sessions for busy days, as well as longer 30-minute and 45-minute workouts for more extensive training. These pre-made workouts can be filtered based on duration, equipment needed, fitness level, and specific body areas.
